WARRANTY

Landline pickups include a Three-Year, Non-Transferable Warranty from date of purchase to the original owner. Landline pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects before they leave our workshop.

All Landline pickups undergo constant and thorough testing, metering, and inspection throughout the manufacturing process, and we proudly stand by the quality and longevity of our products.

Pickups covered under warranty will be repaired by Landline free of charge. Domestic US based customers will be provided a return shipping label. International customers can inquire about return shipping reimbursement options.

Responsibility for correct and safe guitar pickup installation lies with the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with electric guitar wiring, soldering, or have never fitted pickups into a guitar body’s routing before, please consult an experienced professional guitar technician or luthier for proper installation.

Landline's Warranty is Void Upon: General disassembling of the pickup, disconnecting the pickup leads, unwinding or removing coil tape, evidence of steel wool matter, environmental damage (water, fire, smoke, etc.), general signs of improper handling, abuse and misuse, or any non-factory specification modification or alteration to the pickup, all of which is determined at Landline's discretion upon inspection. In the event of a non-warranty service, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees (shipping, parts & materials, bench labor, & service fees) required to repair the pickup.

RETURNS

Landline pickups may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the full original retail cost, in addition to shipping costs incurred by the customer. Returned non-functioning products will be inspected and evaluated on a case-by-case basis for manufacturer defect or user/installer error. If it is concluded upon Landline’s discretion that the malfunction is due to user/installer error, the product is ineligible for refund or warranty coverage and will be subject to additional non-warranty servicing fees. Custom Shop, B-Stock, and Blemished Unit sales are final and do not qualify for return.

- Bench Fee: $30/Hour*

- Coil Rewind: $80/coil

- Nickel/Chrome/Gold Cover Replacement: $20

- Plastic Cover Replacement: $10

- Cloth Pushback Wire Re-Lead: $10

- Vintage Braided Shield Wire Re-Lead: $20

- 4-Conductor Wire Re-Lead: $20

- Wax Re-Potting: $12

*Bench Fees include Diagnostic, Rewind, Repair, and Cleaning/Restoration Labor Time

for an RMA Request Form. Upon approval, print, clearly fill out, and include the provided RMA Form with your pickups inside of your shipping parcel. Items returned with incomplete, incorrect, or illegible RMA information or without proper RMA approval and fulfillment may be refused or returned to sender. Landline is not liable for any loss or damages incurred while your return is in transit - carrier tracking and insurance is recommended.
