RETURNS

Landline pickups may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the full original retail cost, in addition to shipping costs incurred by the customer. Returned non-functioning products will be inspected and evaluated on a case-by-case basis for manufacturer defect or user/installer error. If it is concluded upon Landline’s discretion that the malfunction is due to user/installer error, the product is ineligible for refund or warranty coverage and will be subject to additional non-warranty servicing fees. Custom Shop, B-Stock, and Blemished Unit sales are final and do not qualify for return. 

RETURNS PROCESS

To begin the Landline Returns process, use the contact form below or email support@landlineelectric.com for an RMA Form.

Upon approval, print, clearly fill out, and include the provided RMA Form with your pickups inside of your shipping parcel. Items returned with incomplete, incorrect, or illegible RMA information or without proper RMA approval and fulfillment may be refused or returned to sender. Landline is not liable for any loss or damages incurred while your return is in transit - carrier tracking and insurance is recommended.
